Alex Maile

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Alex started his estate agency career back in 1987 as a negotiator with Bushells in Chiswick. He then spent the next 15 years working his way to becoming a director and shareholder of what was one of the largest independent agents in London. However, the lure of having more autonomy, led him to acquire Lawson Rutter in 2005 where he has overseen the development and expansion of the company. A big sports fan – including a love of golf, darts, cricket, tennis and football – some of which he plays more effectively than others!

ALEX BARTLETT

SALES DIRECTOR

Alex obtained a degree in Business and Finance from UWE and moved into estate agency in 1996. After successfully running offices in West and South West London for a leading independent estate agent,  Alex left to become involved in the purchase of Lawson Rutter, acquiring a shareholding. Away from the office he loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing sport, with cricket, rugby and golf his main passions.

Sean Roe

BRANCH MANAGER

Sean joined Lawson Rutter in December 2000, before leaving to run his own business in Surrey in 2007. However, it transpired that the lure of London and Lawson Rutter was too much and he returned in 2011 to take charge of launching the new West Kensington branch, then retuning ‘home’ to Fulham, where he’s rekindled his many relationships with local people and businesses. Outside work, Sean is a serious fitness fanatic training five days a week, so he can enjoy his other passion of good food and wine. Other leisure pursuits include the avid following of news and current affairs and watching action movies, with Scarface and T2 being particular favourites.

Lisa Armstrong

Lettings Manager

Lisa has been in the property industry for 7 years and joined Lawson Rutter 2016. Before joining Lawson Rutter, Lisa was running her own business within the  beauty industry but missed the fast paced environment of working as an estate agent. She has become the first port of call for landlords in Bishops Park and Munster Village with her tenacious can do attitude. Lisa enjoys socialising with friends, cooking, fine wine and travelling.

Bianca Keating

OFFICE MANAGER

Having completed her BA Degree in Human Resources- Business Management at Middlesex University, Bianca joined the Fulham team as office manager in 2017. Not content with just supporting the Fulham team, Bianca now also oversees the marketing and social media at Lawson Rutter.  When not at work she  loves spending time with her daughter and family. She is an avid reader and foodie.

PUKAR PATEL

SALES MANAGER

Pukar joined Lawson Rutter in 2006 and progressed his way through the company to become Sales Manager of the Hammersmith office in 2012. He has consistently been the highest performer and there are very few roads within the area in which he has not sold property. An extensive and varied list of hobbies include playing league cricket, visiting the gym, socialising with friends, travelling and cooking. He also loves to spend time with his family with a new baby boy being the most recent addition.

Sylva Hanzlickova

LETTINGS MANAGER

Originally from Prague, Sylva came to London in 2003 and has been working within the West London property market since 2009. She has always worked for independent agencies preferring the more caring, tailor made approach to helping her landlords and tenants. Sylva is a great believer that we never stop learning about the job, but when not at work likes to cook, walk in nature, yoga, swim and dance till the mornings. Her favourite film would still be Avatar……it’s a New Year’s day must!

Lynne Morey

OFFICE MANAGER

Having filled a variety of wide-ranging roles, including working in a disco and being a teaching assistant, Lynne joined Lawson Rutter as Office Manager in 2002 and has been invaluable ever since. She provides constant support to the team in Hammersmith and is always on hand to help iron out any issues that arise during the working day. Having raised four sons, Lynne has still found time for other interests including a love of music, reading, eating out, fashion, travelling and good people/company.

Charlie Floyd

SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR 

After 2 years in the Childcare industry and completing University Studies, Charlie took up the opportunity to join Lawson Rutter to learn as much as possible from the experienced team. Being mentored from all corners of the Lawson Rutter team, he secured his first sale within a fortnight of his arrival. Charlie brings his experience of going “above and beyond” in the childcare industry, building a good rapport with clients and going out of his way to help. Outside of the West Kensington office, Charlie regularly turns out for his local Rugby club and aspires one day to open a Gym on a farm with his adopted Dogs.

Jessica Hector

LETTINGS MANAGER

Jessica joined Lawson Rutter as lettings manager bringing with her a wealth of local knowledge and lettings experience from her time spent at a busy lettings office in West London.  When Jessica is not working she thoroughly enjoys socialising with friends, eating out and some well earned retail therapy.

David Harbottle

SALES NEGOTIATOR

David has been in estate agency for over 20 years and worked for both corporate and independent agencies within the super-prime and prime residential markets in Central, West and South West London. He has helped run the Fulham & West Kensington Offices over the last 10 years, offering not only extensive knowledge but solutions to the many complexities of leasehold selling in the area. Outside of work David has various hobbies including improving his golf handicap, wine tasting/drinking, travel (preferably abroad), antique brown furniture and entomology.

Geraldine Bishop

OFFICE MANAGER

Geraldine has worked in the property industry as a team secretary for 14 years but actually started working in Estate Agency in 2015, joining Lawson Rutter  as Office Manager at the beginning of 2017.  She has many varied interests, enjoys socialising with friends and family and plays an active part in the Notting Hill Carnival every year. Geraldine love dogs and one day would like to own one.

Julia Brooks

ACCOUNTS

Julia joined Bushells estate agents when she was just 17 years old and remained there for 21 years.  During her time at Bushells she worked along side both Alex Maile and Alex Bartlett.  Julia worked her way up from office junior through to secretarial trainer, finally settling in finance as company accounts/payroll manager until the company was recently sold and her position made redundant.  She has a love of all live music, film and is an avid reader.

Loren Bradshaw

Having worked within the property industry for almost 9 years, Loren moved from a seaside town in Kent to London where she joined Lawson Rutter in 2016. During this time she has proved an invaluable asset to clients and worked her way up from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager.  In her spare time Loren enjoys going to the gym, exploring London  and socialising with friends.

Kimberly Mason

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Kimberly is from Auckland, New Zealand and moved to London in April 2018 in search of new opportunities and a change of scene. She started working at Lawson Rutter within the management department in 2019. Kimberly has a bachelors degree in Health Science (Oral Health) and prior to joining Lawson Rutter she worked as an Orthodontic Auxiliary in New Zealand. She enjoys travelling, socialising with friends and is a big foodie.
