In this week’s blog we have decided to take a break from Interior Design as we thought our garden piece wouldn’t be received very well in this weather. Apart from snowballing we doubt there’ll be much activity in local gardens this weekend!According to the meteorological calendar the spring began yesterday, however I think we can safely say it did not! Using the astronomical method, spring will begin March 20th and end June 21st and considering the temperature outside this seems to be the correct method to use this year!
The snow , although beautiful, has been very disruptive to the whole country, with parts being more affected then others. In Hammersmith and Fulham a number of schools have closed, transport links have suffered, with many people experiencing severe delays on the tube and bus links, and it feels as though London has come to a slight stand still.
Having said that, people still have to move and surprisingly, here at Lawson Rutter there’s been quite a bit of activity this week with people bearing the blizzards to either look at prospective homes or move into ones already chosen. We’ve also received instructions to sell a number of new properties
So if you are thinking about putting you property on the market for sales or lettings give us a call for a free non-obligatory evaluation and let us see how we can help.
